Parties and Definitions

Service Provider: YAZICI ETİCARET YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("YAZICISOFT"). User/Customer: any natural or legal person visiting the website or purchasing services through an account. Services: custom software development, SaaS, web design, domain, hosting, server, reseller, and related digital infrastructure services.

Scope of Services

Information on the website is promotional. Binding service terms are defined in order confirmation, contracts, proposals, or service agreements. YAZICISOFT may perform reasonable maintenance, updates, or interruptions for technical infrastructure and third-party registry-dependent services.

Account Security and Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Registration with misleading, incomplete, or third-party information is prohibited.
• Unauthorized access, abuse, spam, malware, or unlawful content is prohibited.
• YAZICISOFT may suspend or terminate accounts where security risks are identified.

Intellectual Property

Website design, branding, software infrastructure, and documentation belong to YAZICISOFT. Ownership and license rights for custom deliverables are governed by the relevant project/contract terms. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, and distribution are prohibited.

Payment, Invoicing, and Tax

Prices are determined according to the currency and tax rules applicable at the time of order. For corporate and international customers, VAT, withholding, reverse charge, and export exemptions are applied in accordance with Turkish tax law and EU/international trade rules.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, YAZICISOFT is not liable for force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures, ISP-related outages, or damages arising from the customer's own systems. Indirect loss of profit or data claims are limited unless otherwise agreed in contract.

Governing Law and Disputes

Turkish law applies for customers in Turkey. Consumer disputes are subject to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts. Commercial disputes fall under Istanbul (Central) courts unless mandatory local consumer rules apply for EU or other country customers.
