Refund and Delivery Policy

This policy is prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, E-Commerce Law No. 6563, and common practices in international digital service trade.

Service Delivery

YAZICISOFT primarily delivers digital services: software, SaaS subscriptions, domain registration, hosting, servers, and reseller packages. Delivery occurs electronically (email, customer portal, DNS/account activation) after order confirmation and payment verification. Standard activation is within 0–48 hours; custom projects follow the contract timeline.

Delivery Notification

Order confirmation is sent by email
Service access details are shared via the customer portal and/or email
Domain transfer/registration status can be tracked in the portal
Invoices are issued and delivered electronically

Right of Withdrawal

Consumer customers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from distance contracts without giving any reason. Withdrawal notice may be sent in writing to info@yazicisoft.com.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Digital content and services performed immediately in electronic form (if consent was given before withdrawal period)
Custom software/projects prepared to consumer specifications
Services fully performed within the withdrawal period and approved by the consumer
Non-reversible registry operations such as domain registration and SSL activation (as stated in contract)

Refund Procedure

Where withdrawal or refund rights apply, payment is refunded within 14 days using the original payment method without charging the consumer. Card refunds may take 2–10 business days due to bank processes. Partially used subscriptions may be prorated for the used period.

Cancellation and Service Termination

Subscription services may be cancelled until the end of the billing period; no renewal occurs after cancellation. Immediate cancellation requests follow contract and package terms. YAZICISOFT may suspend services for non-payment or abuse.

International Customers

Mandatory consumer protection rules for EU and other countries are reserved. Digital service export is delivered electronically; no customs or physical shipment applies. Tax and refund processes follow applicable local law and Turkish commercial law.
